Suber Consulting Group offers 15 years of experience working with nonprofits, government entities, educational institutions, and small businesses providing impact through management tools, creative solutions, and strategic & financial planning. We believe our analytical expertise culminated with our forward thinking pragmatism and creative modeling is the combination that brings success to our partners.
From the community side we believe that culture is moved through the lens of art and creative expression. In connection with our community development efforts we look to help to preserve culture and maintain value through meaningful placement of privately owned art, creative experiences and impactful programming.
Seba R. Suber
A native of Arlington, Texas, Seba R. Suber is an alumni of the University of Houston with a BBA. She is the owner and strategists for S. Suber Consulting Group, LLC where she is an art and business consultant with an emphasis on Black art and culture. She has consulted and worked for companies and nonprofits such as NASA – Johnson Space Center, Natural Resources Defense Council, (NRDC), AFS-USA, Susan G. Komen, and Project Row Houses. Most recently she has worked as the Director of Finance for St. Stephen’s Episcopal School and Church and appointed in February of 2020 as the CEO of the Houston Museum of African American Culture. She has done graduate studies at Columbia University and interned at the Schomburg Center in Harlem as well as Urban Bush Women in New York. Seba has been a trusted thought partner and creative financial/business professional with over 15 years’ experience between nonprofit, government, and corporate sectors. She has a diverse background of business and planning with a passion for community development, Black studies, and performing and visual arts. She is deeply committed to social change work and innovation from its simplest form. She is a wife of Anthony Suber, artist and educator, and mother of two daughters, Channing and Ellington. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
